The manufacturing of custom new pallets is a process that combines artisanal tradition with modern technology. At Repalsur, each pallet is designed with the customer's specific needs in mind.

Wood selection

Everything starts with the choice of raw material. We use pine wood from sustainably managed forests. The wood is inspected to verify that it meets the necessary moisture, density, and strength requirements.

Manufacturing process

The boards are cut to the exact dimensions required by the customer. Subsequently, they are assembled using high-precision pneumatic nailing, guaranteeing a solid and durable structure. Each pallet is manufactured according to standard European measurements or custom specifications.

Phytosanitary treatment (ISPM 15)

For pallets intended for export, we apply heat treatment according to the international ISPM 15 standard. This process eliminates pests and harmful organisms, allowing pallets to cross borders without phytosanitary restrictions.

Final quality control

Before delivery, each batch undergoes quality control where dimensions, strength, and finish are verified. Only pallets that meet our standards reach the client.
