2. Data and purpose

The form data (name or company, phone, email, need, quantity, size, and message) are used to process your request, call you, prepare the quote, and, if you hire us, provide the service.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when submitting the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, where applicable, the application of pre-contractual measures or the execution of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention

The time necessary to respond to you and, if there is a commercial relationship, the legal deadlines. Uncontracted requests are deleted after a maximum of one year.

5. Recipients

We do not share data with third parties except under legal obligation. The following act as data processors with GDPR guarantees: the website hosting provider (Vercel Inc.), the service that delivers our form messages (Formspree Inc.), and, only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Ireland Ltd. (Google Analytics). Vercel, Formspree, and Google may process data in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

6. Rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation, and portability by writing to info@repalsur.com. You can also file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
